All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
All online orders are packed and shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders need to be placed by 6pm the day before dispatch otherwise it will be shipped on the subsequent shipping day. Orders less than 5kg are sent by Express Post and are generally delivered within 1 to 2 days of dispatch to anywhere in Australia. For orders greater than 5kg, shipping costs will vary according to location and quantity. Please request a quote by contacting us in these instances.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Australia Post will not have tracking numbers.
If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
In the event that your order does not arrive after the estimated shipping time has lapsed, please contact us and provide your order number, name and shipping details and we will lodge an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own, we will replace your order and resend a new item on the next available business day after the completion of the investigation.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. A handling fee may also apply to your order and will be included in the shipping price.
If you would like to use the Local Pickup option, we will contact you to confirm the time and place of pickup.
If you would like to pre-order our garlic when it is out of season, and are a registered customer, you can contact us via email and state the quantity and product type that you want to pre-order for the coming harvest. We will confirm this order as harvest approaches and product becomes available.

We do not accept any product returns due to their perishable nature, however if you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives, or you receive damaged goods, please do not dispose of it, but take a photo and contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange to replace your order, or arrange a refund if necessary.
